Operate terminal
POST/v2/terminals/:id/operate
This endpoint allows the user to send an operation (e.g. open, close, stay open) to a terminal by id.

The operation command was accepted by the terminal.
Account user is not logged in and they should log in again.
User does not have permission to access requested resource.
Resource that has been requested does not exist. User should not try to repeat this request.
