Terminals
A Terminal is a physical Parklio kiosk (an exit/entry/payment station) installed at a Zone, identified by its device ID, MAC address, and public key, and tracked as online/offline via heartbeat. This API manages the terminal's lifecycle (create, update, unassign, operate, reboot) plus the parking sessions, payments, LPR camera feeds, and plate readings it reports once connected.
