Parking Places

A Parking Place is a single, individually trackable parking spot belonging to a zone and lot, identified by name and UUID. Its occupancy status (occupied, free, or unknown) is updated by parking detection hardware and is the atomic unit that zone/lot occupancy counts are aggregated from.
