Binds a Product to License Plates
POST/v2/products/:id/bind-licenses
This endpoint binds the product to the license plate. When the license plate is scanned it will trigger an operation on this product

Bind success
Account user is not logged in and they should log in again.
User does not have permission to access requested resource.
Resource that has been requested does not exist. User should not try to repeat this request.
Some of the provided request parameters are missing or are invalid. User should add/change them according to response message.
