Assigns a gateway to an lot and the lot owner
POST/v2/gateways/assign-to-user
This endpoint serves the purpose of associating a gateway with a particular lot and user. To establish this association, the user must obtain the gateway challenge by scanning the Bluetooth advertisement data emitted by the gateway while it is in pairing mode.
