Start a session
POST/v2/sessions
Starts a parking session by hand, for example for a vehicle a camera missed. The session is created in the zone of the camera you name. Send both license_plate and lpr_camera_id.
No whitelist, tariff or capacity check is made, and the zone's occupied_count doesn't change. entry.type is account for an API token, attendant for a user token. See the Sessions and tariffs guide.

Account user is not logged in and they should log in again.
User does not have permission to access requested resource.
Resource that has been requested does not exist. User should not try to repeat this request.
Some of the provided request parameters are missing or are invalid. User should add/change them according to response message.
