Bind plates to a product
POST/v2/products/:id/bind-licenses
Lets whitelisted license plates open this product. When an LPR camera in the product's zone reads a bound plate on the way in, and the plate is on an active lot whitelist entry, Parklio opens the first bound product that's online and closed.
license_ids are the license_id values returned by Create lot whitelist entries. Unknown ids are ignored silently: check with GET /v2/products/{id}/bound-licenses. See the Plate-based access guide.

Bind success
Account user is not logged in and they should log in again.
User does not have permission to access requested resource.
Resource that has been requested does not exist. User should not try to repeat this request.
