Products
A Product is a physical Parklio hardware device (e.g. a barrier, gate, bollard, chain, or brain) that has been paired with an account through master-key exchange in the Parklio Connect App. Once assigned to a lot, a product can be remotely operated (e.g. opened/closed), configured, and monitored through this API.
List products
Lists the products your token can see, with their current state.
Get a product
Returns one product with its current state, type block and error flags. Re-read a product with it when you gave up waiting for a command's result. See [Products and operations](/concepts/products-and-operations).
Operate a product
Sends an operation to a product through a Gateway. **Asynchronous:** the response is an `event_id`, and the result arrives later over [realtime](/realtime/connecting): a `lot_change` with the same `event_id` on success, or a `gateway_error` on failure. Connect to realtime **before** you call this.
Change barrier settings
Changes a barrier's auto-close, through a Gateway. Send **one** setting per call:
List products with errors
Lists the products that currently report at least one error flag (`jammed`, `sensor_dirty`, `pin_broken`, `rtcc_invalid`, `battery_empty`, `master_key_not_set`). Use it for a maintenance view. See the [Monitor devices](/guides/monitor-devices) guide.
Bind plates to a product
Lets whitelisted license plates open this product. When an LPR camera in the product's **zone** reads a bound plate on the way **in**, and the plate is on an active [lot whitelist](/api/endpoints/lot-whitelist-create) entry, Parklio opens the first bound product that's online and closed.
Bind plates to several products
Binds the same plates to several products at once. Same rules as [Bind plates to a product](/api/endpoints/products-bind-license-for-product): `license_ids` are `license_id` values from the lot whitelist, and unknown ids are ignored silently.
Patch a product
