# Parking place changes

A Parking Place Change is a historical record of a parking place's
  occupancy transitioning (occupied/free/unknown), capturing when it
  started, how long it lasted, and the place it belongs to. These
  records back occupancy-history and average-occupied-duration reporting
  for a lot or zone.
