List lots

/v2/lots

Lists the lots your token can see. Each lot has its own spot_count and occupied_count (see Live occupancy) and its timezone.

detection_status is online for lots with parking detection and unkown (sic) otherwise; detection_implementation_status is implemented, not_implemented, pending or blocked.
