Lot whitelists

A Lot Whitelist entry grants a license plate free, unmonitored access to a lot for a given time window (or indefinitely, when unlimited), bound to the account user who owns the plate. It works only in conjunction with Parklio ANPR, which checks incoming plates against active whitelist entries before raising a violation.

📄️Create lot whitelist entries

Adds up to 20 license plates to a lot's whitelist for a time window. While an entry is active, LPR cameras on the lot let the plate in (`access_decision` `triggered`, reason `whitelist`), and it can open [bound products](/api/endpoints/products-bind-license-for-product).

📄️List lot whitelist entries

Lists whitelist entries, with each plate's `license_plate_id` (the `license_id` to bind) and the products it's bound to.

📄️Delete a lot whitelist entry

Removes a plate's whitelist entry, so the plate no longer gets in through the whitelist. Its product bindings stay, and apply again if the plate is whitelisted later.
